What are Beauty Works professional extensions?
Beauty Works professional extensions are 100% Remy (cuticle correct) human hair extensions that can be applied in-salon by Beauty Works certified professionals. We offer different types of professional extensions in a wide range of lengths and 40+ colour options, so there is an extension to suit everyone. Professional extensions can last between 6-12 months if cared for correctly, with maintenance appointments recommend every 6-12 weeks depending on the method. Weft Hair Extensions
Wefts are an original customer favourite, low maintenance method that will give your hair full body and length. No heat or glue is used in the application process. Wefts are ideal for medium to thick hair types and are available in a range of weights and lengths from 16” to 24”. Maintenance appointments for wefts extensions are typically every 4-6 weeks.
Aftercare: Only sulphate shampoo can be used on weft hair extensions. We recommend using Beauty Works Argan Oil Sulphate Shampoo.*
Stick Tip Extensions
Stick tips use the micro ring application method, micro size rings are used to secure the hair extensions to strands of your own hair. They are a great method to use for thick hair and are ideal for creating volume. Available in lengths 18” - 24”. Maintenance appointments for stick tip extension are usually needed every 6-8 weeks.
Aftercare: Only sulphate free shampoo can be used on stick tip extensions. We recommend using Beauty Works Pearl Nourishing Argan Oil Shampoo (Sulphate Free).*
Flat Tip Extensions
If you’re looking for durable extensions that can last up to 3 months then flat tips are for you. Flat tips use a specially formulated bond made of a type of Keratin, meaning that they’re gentle on the hair. Available in lengths 18” - 24”. Flat tip extension maintenance appointments are normally needed every 8-10 weeks.

Tape Extensions
Tapes are the quickest salon professional method to apply making them a favourite with our customers. Available in a large selection of colours and lengths from 14” to 28”. Tapes are applied at the root and are super lightweight and undetectable. Tapes can be used to add highlights, fillers, volume and thickness. Maintenance appointments for tape extensions should be done every 6-8 weeks.

Nanobond Extensions
Nanobonds are suitable for all hair types, they are applied with our smallest nano rings and blend seamlessly into the hair. Perfect for hair up styling, Nanobonds are also super lightweight. If you’re looking to create your perfect shade then you can easily choose a few different colours to blend. Available in lengths 18” - 24”. Nanobond extensions will need maintenance appointments every 10-12 weeks typically.
